Normally, when I turn on Stone Temple Pilots I expect hard crunching guitars, deep monotone growls, and a general melodic grungy-inspired rock track.
What I got when I found this cover of STP’s “Plush” was an ear-to-ear grin! Check it out:
The band is a bluegrass act out of Portugal named The Tião e os Bravos. The band normally mixes American country & bluegrass with music styles from their part of the globe.
Lately though, they’ve been nailing a few classic rock tracks, and I can’t deny how amazing they are!
